Role - Manager Chemical cleaning
Job Description:
• Manage, supervise, and coordinate the work with the project team and suppliers.
• Experience in Refinery, petrochemical, power industry maintenance and shutdown projects.
• Experience in handling multiple sites and operations management.
• Preparing bids, tenders, planning, estimation, and client reporting.
• Preparing Technical proposals for industrial cleaning services (chemical, HPWJ, Oil flushing, passivation, vapor phase chemical cleaning, disinfection, hydro milling, and hydrocarbon decontamination).
• Experience in chemical cleaning, high pressure water jetting, abrasive blasting, tanks and vessels cleaning, leak sealing, decontamination, steam blowing, air blowing and waste handling
• Monitoring costing, operations profitability of projects with quality and Safety standards.
• Experienced working with major clients in middle east.

Experience And Qualifications
• Bachelor's/master’s degree in mechanical/chemical Engineering or any relate field.
• Fluency in English and other India languages.
• 12+ years of relevant experience working in the Industrial Services. Min 3+ years’ experience in a managerial position.
• Proven track record of managing 50+ team.
• The ability to multitask and prioritize your workload
• The ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English is essential.
• Ability to present complex information to diverse audiences, both verbally and graphically
• Preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals.
• Advising proponents on the practicality of their projects.
• Specifying the nature and quality of materials required.
• Knowledge of computers and basic software applications such as: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
